Post-Proceedings
We invite authors of accepted and presented papers and the invited speaker to submit extended papers to a post-proceedings volume in Springer COINE: International Workshop on Coordination, Organizations, Institutions, Norms, and Ethics for Governance of Multi-Agent Systems book series, LNAI scheduled to be published in 2025.
Revised and extended papers will undergo a peer-review process before publication in the post-proceedings. Authors are encouraged to incorporate feedback from their previous submissions as well as any received during the presentations.

- Submission deadline: July 15, 2024 AOE
- Authors notification: August 15, 2024 AOE
- Camera-ready version: September 15, 2024 AOE
Format Instructions
Submissions are limited to 20 pages excluding references formatted in LaTeX or MS Word according to the Springer LNCS style. Springer’s LNCS proceedings LaTeX template is available in Overleaf.
Authors are encouraged to include their ORCIDs in their papers. Springer offers the inclusion of embedded videos in proceedings papers.
Authors must conform to the Springer Code of Conduct.
How to Submit
The PDF version of your extended paper must be electronically updated before the submission deadline on the EasyChair system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=coineaamas2024.
After Acceptance
The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign the pre-filled License-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

An invoicing address and the CC-BY License-to-Publish agreement must be submitted together with the other files for publication.
