Post-Proceedings
We invite authors of accepted and presented papers and the invited speaker to submit extended papers to a post-proceedings volume in Springer COINE: International Workshop on Coordination, Organizations, Institutions, Norms, and Ethics for Governance of Multi-Agent Systems book series, LNAI scheduled to be published in the end of 2026.
Authors are encouraged to incorporate feedback from their previous submissions as well as any received during the presentations.
Submission deadline: July 15, 2026 AOE
Format Instructions
Please consult Springer’s Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors’ page, for the preparation of your papers.
Please read carefully the Springer’s technical Instructions for Authors.
Authors are encouraged to include their ORCIDs in their papers.
To submit your revised version of the paper, we need all source files (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps files, or Word files) and the final pdfs of the paper. For papers prepared using LaTeX, authors should supply the bib/bbl files. Please make sure you give your files short names.
We ask authors to include a summary of their responses to the reviewers’ comments and suggestions, noting any changes and additions to the original version of the paper. This should include any changes already made in the self-archived version that is linked from the workshop web site.
Licence-to-Publish
The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign the pre-filled License-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
Open Access
If the authors are interested in Open Access or Open Choice, please refer to Open Access Publishing in Springer Computer Proceedings webpage for prices and additional information. An invoicing address and the CC-BY License-to-Publish agreement must be submitted together with the other files for publication.
Code of Conduct
We ask all contributing authors to familiarise themselves with Springer Nature’s Code of Conduct for book authors.
